Day 10, 11, & 12

I haven't fallen off the wagon.  I had 2 days of Migraines and 1 day to recover.  I finished my 4 day Jump Start Plan from the Flat Belly Diet !  I don't reccommend it-way to harsh.  I think it didn't have enough calories and made me weak and suffer from Migraines.  However, I will say this, I don't crave everything I see now.  I'm back in the gym after at 3 day break!  Hope everyone has a great weekend.


  1. Hey Liz, It's a deal as long as it works in reverse, too. I'm glad your migraine went away. It sounds like you've got a lot of things in place to make this a success. re Lost--I actually had season One in my hands at Costco today, but decided $29 was too much and that it would eat up too much of my time. I'll get it when the price goes down.

  2. Hi Liz, thanks for stopping by my blog today. If i have read your initial blog posts corretly you have about 20 pounds to lose, is that right? Are you going to use the Flat Belly now that you finished the jump start? I don't know anything about Flat Belly myself.
